This appears to be yesterday’s news, but it came across the wire so who am I to argue. Seems Kathy Huberty and Brian White have been hogging the spotlight the past few days, with their reports reverberating throughout the bloggosphere. All this talk of killer apps and multiple sized and colored iPhones…it’s getting a little annoying.

And this sourced piece, doesn’t seem terribly new, interesting or exciting, I think most of us are expecting iOS 7 to be debuted at WWDC. The Apple WWDC page hasn’t been updated since last summer.
Digital wallets is an old concept, but combining it with some sort of biometric input, like fingerprints, retina scans, or maybe even bad breath would be something.
One of their theories for the company’s next “killer app” is a digital wallet, which is what Gene Munster predicted earlier this month. However, he doesn’t think we will see the app until sometime in the next year or two. In the view of Morgan Stanley’s Katy Huberty, the digital wallet could drive demand for the iPhone 5S in a way similar to how Siri drove sales of the iPhone 4S.
The analysts said they have met recently with Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) management and have come away believing that Internet Software and Services Chief Eddy Cue, is also improving the company’s other Internet-based apps like iCloud and Maps.
